Uplands drive Parkwood is crowing again

Uplands drive Parkwood is crowing again at round 3am onwards. It was our understanding that residences in these areas of the gold coast were not allowed to keep roosters due to the noise pollution act and council by laws. About 2 kilometeres away we are suffering, we have to have pity on the poor neighbours.

We know a few council people live in the affected area and do not seem to be doing anything about it. Maybe with the help of our map and directions they will be able to find this ignorant resident or residents and remove them from the city.

We are not sure why people are not wondering why they are having broken sleep or being woken up round 3am onwards.
