The battle begins
I did not really understand the blogrush figures until I read Jon Leger’s article. I have seen no real change in my stats for real traffic in a few months. However I do not fully understand Real Traffics way of working it is my understanding you have to make adverts and that entice people to want to click them this then gives you credits for your advert to be shown. On the other hand I have in the past 2 months been impressed by blogrush.
I have to admit I just believe what the people say in many cases but the results speak for themselves in the testing.
I initially got all excited with over 14,000 visitors in 7 days until I realised they were credits of some sort.
As you will see below the results for Real Traffic don’t seem to stack up as well as the ones for blogrush as real traffic wants you to purchase credits from what I figure. I tried to get Jon Leger to have a surf for credits option which I don’t think he understood for his offto.net site similar to real traffic.

I see benefit in using both systems as traffic is always better than no traffic is it not. If anyone can help me figure out how to get more traffic from either of these systems it would be great.
I feel quite often many people find it harder to describe there own invention to someone else than they can describe someone else’s.

How loong does it tak to find a rooster when your given a map. 6 weeks and counting. We understand the council is busy however it is getting a bit of a joke. We are wondering if the owner is actually associated with the council somehow and therefore allowed to do whatever they feel like.
MAYBE they are going to have the bird for Christmas lunch and the new year will be brought in with the sounds of silence…
As per our previous posts we urge the people to please contact the council and Rob Molhoek.

To Some One Very Special In My Life…
Hello and
They say it takes a minute to find a special person, An hour to appreciate them, A day to love them, But then an entire life to forget them.
Send this phrase to the people you’ll never forget And remember to send it also to the person Who sent it to you. It’s a short message to let them know That they’re not forgotten.
If you don’t send it to anyone, It means you’re in a hurry And that you’ve forgotten your friends. Take the time to live!!! Distance and time may separate us But friendship and memories won’t.
Just thinking of you today.
May your troubles be less, your blessings more, and nothing but happiness come through your door

Just today October 30 2007 I found out Microsoft was looking for testers for Windows Live writer. So like I have done for the past 20 years or so I offered up my hand and got right into testing for them. As such I am testing Windows Live writer out right now by writing this post.
I just tried to paste in a screen shot as I have done in the past with word however it won’t let me. So I will try to sneak it in another way just to show you the cool interface.
1 thing I found so far I don’t like is that WLW puts in thumbs for images which are not valid code. I try to stick to valid if I can to help out as many people as possible.
I will try to keep you all updated about how and what other info I find useful as often as possible. One cool thing I found so far is you can do your posts up offline and have them ready to post at your desired time. Also includes tags and integrates with wordpress or a number of other blog platforms. This will make my blogging a whole lot easier being that I run about 10 or so blogs.
Another few neat things are you can manage your blogs from one location and add more than one blog as with Microsoft’s other software web expression, Frontpage or the like.
I am going to sign off on this post for now but keep your eyes peeled for more to come in the following days.
Unfortunately this post was delayed 2 days at posting due to the fact I found a bug in WLW. I quickly sent an email to Joe, both of us were confused about the problem. He asked if I would mind a desktop connection to see what was happening, So he hooked up to my system through the very useful desktop connection and was still baffled. He checked the registry and everything just about going through the command prompt seemed to fix it. We did not realise this until after Joe stayed up until almost 11 PM helping me out. Due to the cost of the service Joe was on he disconnected from the remote desktop connection service Microsoft uses whilst I was downloading the SDK dot net 2 version, during which he stayed online and waited for me. We then met up again through Windows messenger and found the problem was solved.
I have never met Joe nor any of the staff at Microsoft however if you ever want a reference about the way Microsoft is just remember this story. And Joe I will give you a great reference any DAY… Mr Gates you should be proud of Joe Cheng and your choice of staff in this HIGHLY dedicated professional. THANK YOU AGAIN JOE you have made me really happy.
