Bigpond movies problems

Which is better picking up a video on your way home and dropping it back on your way to work or the hassles of using all your bandwidth downloading movies from places such as Bigpond movies?

In my opinion I have downloaded 4 movies from Bigpond movies using Bigpond cable liberty extreme This took around 3 hours instead of the 10 minutes they say it should take. To see whether it was worth it the first movie I downloaded was a free test. This took 4 goes to get it after locking up the system a few times it eventually played on the Bigpond movies media manager which regularly locks up.

In my opinion I feel it should take the amount of time to download as they say and actually work not stuff you around. Bigpond should instead of wasting money on advertising fix this potentially great product. AND until such time as it is fixed give at least 50% discounts and advise in the adverts IN BIG LETTERS THIS BIGPOND SERVICE IS CURRENTLY IN TESTING THEREFOR DO NOT EXPECT A FAULT FREE SERVICE.

Just a quick note this post is designed to make people aware of these problems it should be understood in no way are we slamming the staff or Telstra.

Also Michael and Ryan from Bigpond movies have been great trying to help us get this problem fixed over the past 2 days.
